Why it matters

For eighteen months or two years, you gave everything to a place and its people. You learned the language, ate at their tables, walked their streets and villages, and grew to love them.
Your formal service ended. Your connection didn't. Many of us come home wondering:

Employment is one of the most powerful answers.
In those same communities, talented young people are developing skills and earning degrees, including through programs like BYU-Pathway Worldwide. But education is only part of the equation. Opportunity has to follow.
Our goal is to help connect talented people with meaningful work that lets them build careers while staying close to their families, communities, and home countries.
